Read, read, read… It gives me mental orgasms to read Eckhart Tolle's books like "The Power of Now" or "A New Earth". It's an experience everyone has to make for themselves. Everyone will get something different out of reading is books but I am certain it will enrich your life on so many different levels. Be open. Don't judge. Let it all in.
Internal growth is so fucking sexy - there is nothing like it. Don't be afraid of what you are going to dig up inside of you. Dig it up - deal with it - grow!!
