Whether you are doing yoga or cardio training, you are connecting with your body & mind, and nothing can beat the kick you are getting out of that!!

Read, read, read… It gives me mental orgasms to read Eckhart Tolle's books like "The Power of Now" or "A New Earth". It's an experience everyone has to make for themselves. Everyone will get something different out of reading is books but I am certain it will enrich your life on so many different levels. Be open. Don't judge. Let it all in.
Internal growth is so fucking sexy - there is nothing like it. Don't be afraid of what you are going to dig up inside of you. Dig it up - deal with it - grow!!

It is more important than you think… What you are wearing has a bigger influence on your confidence and self-esteem as you might believe. Hence, always wear what you feel comfortable in, don't "dress up" as someone else or wear certain clothes because they are in trend at the moment. Instead, find what makes you feel good, look good and you will glow and everyone is going to see it.

CHANGES

I am sure you have already guessed that my blog has undergone some changes. It got a bit boring to always write about what we are up to,  and I would love to see this blog growing into a lifestyle blog with more pictures & advice, healthy food inspiration and exercise motivation. See how it goes - I like it so far haha!

First great advice peeps is to pop over to my soul sister Lexi's site HERE and read as much as you can!! She is the most amazing person, life coach, soul sister, human BEING, hot woman and she fucking owns it. I am so grateful to have her in my life - THANK YOU universe for introducing us. We are having the best time together and I don't know what I would do without her.
