The latest pictures of my little healthy creations. I love food. I love good food and I absolutely adore healthy food especially fruit and vegetables. Below is a little selection of my recent food adventures. They are mainly pretty simple dishes… smoothies, acai bowls, salads… I do try to eat a lot of raw food and cut out gluten and diary because it just makes me feel amazing. I have been getting into the juicing as well but haven't taken any photos because it's a pretty messy game.
I hope I can inspire you to eat healthier - it's really simple and so good! Look at all the colours! Simply looking at fruit makes me happy, I can't help it and I am so grateful to have such a great variety and good quality produce around.
I have also started to make my own almond milk - soaking almonds over night, blend with water and strain through a nut milk bag - DONE. So easy and oh so good!
